Oplivo respects your control over data processed through the Oplivo AI Operations Platform, including data obtained via Instagram API integrations. You can use the options below to disconnect integrations or request deletion.
Option 1 — Disconnect Instagram in Oplivo
If you have access to Oplivo, sign in and open your operation's Instagram Hesapları (Instagram accounts) settings. Remove or disconnect the Instagram account you no longer want linked. This stops further data collection from that account through Oplivo and revokes the integration on our side according to your configuration.
You may also revoke Oplivo's access in your Meta/Instagram account permissions where applicable.
Option 2 — Request full deletion of Oplivo-related data
If you cannot access the application, or you want Oplivo-related personal data deleted beyond disconnecting Instagram, you may submit a formal deletion request.
What to include in your request
Please send an email with the following information:
- The email address associated with your Oplivo account;
- The Instagram username of any connected account (if applicable);
- Email subject line: Data Deletion Request.
In the message body, briefly describe whether you want Instagram data removed, your full Oplivo account deleted, or both.

Verification
After we receive your request, we may need to verify your identity or account ownership (for example, by confirming control of the Oplivo login email or connected Instagram account) before processing deletion. This helps prevent unauthorized deletion of another user's data.
What we delete
Once verified, we will delete or anonymize relevant personal data associated with your request, except where retention is required by law, regulation, dispute resolution, or legitimate security purposes (such as fraud-prevention logs). Backup copies may persist for a limited period before being purged according to our retention practices.
Processing time
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests promptly and complete verified requests within a reasonable timeframe. Complex requests involving multiple operations or legal holds may take longer; we will inform you if additional time is needed.
