These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Oplivo AI Operations Platform ("Oplivo," "Service") operated by Oplivo. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Oplivo is an AI operations platform that helps teams manage customer conversations, workflows, templates, and related business operations from a unified workspace.
Instagram and Meta integrations
Instagram features are provided through official Meta/Instagram APIs. You must comply with Meta Platform Terms, Instagram policies, and applicable law when using those integrations. Oplivo is not affiliated with Meta except as a platform integrator authorized by you.
Account connection and authorization
You may connect only Instagram accounts and business assets you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for ensuring that all connections, permissions, and operator access within your organization are properly authorized.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Oplivo to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive communications;
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others;
- Publish or process illegal content or content that violates platform policies;
- Circumvent Meta, Instagram, or Oplivo security or rate limits;
- Access data or accounts without proper authorization.
Your content and operations
You remain responsible for your operational decisions, configured automations, and content sent or published through connected channels, including Instagram messaging and any materials your team creates or approves in Oplivo.
Third-party platforms
The Service depends on third-party platforms such as Instagram/Meta. API changes, outages, policy enforcement, or account restrictions on those platforms may affect features, availability, or data access without notice. Oplivo is not liable for actions taken by third-party platforms.
Security and enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend or limit access to protect users, the Service, or third-party platforms when we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable policies have been violated.
Disclaimer and limitation
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oplivo disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a separate written agreement with you, and limits liability as allowed by applicable law.
Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, unless otherwise required by law.
